BL Actors and Their Real-Life Boyfriends!

    The BL Series that we frequently watch have always seemed like fiction to me because the majority of the stories are not really applicable in real life. However, some actors in the industry are quite open with the public about their real-life relationships, and the romance begins as a couple. Without further ado, let us start our blog.

#01. MEW & TUL

 

    The two Thai stars recently announced their relationship in a video in which they revealed their experiences and how they met. Mew is well-known for his role in "TharnType," while Tul gained popularity for his roles in "Together With Me" and "Manner Of Death." Although they had different acting partners, the charming couple said that their romance began during their college days. Their first meeting occurred ten years ago, and it strengthened their relationship more than ever before they became a couple. Because both actors hailed from prominent on-screen ships in BL dramas, fans expressed astonishment and congratulations for disclosing their relationship with the world. Based on their images, Mew and Tul appear to be content together when they are with others or simply spending time together. Furthermore, Tul stated that Mew was overjoyed when the former departed for the United States to pursue his ambitions in "Real Estate Development." Mew also disclosed that he had to travel to the United States three times during Tul's tenure there. Seeing both of these actors in genuine happiness, I wish them all the best in the future.

#02. PORSCH & ARM

 

    Porsch and Arm are another couple who are beloved among fans, and their love story was well-known before the BL craze began. Their romance gained popularity on the internet after a video of their marriage proposal went viral in 2014. This occurred during one of their friends' weddings, and it received a lot of attention from people all around the world. Porsch and Arm aim to release a reality series on their marriage in partnership with Star Hunter Entertainment in 2024, following Thailand's passage of same-sex marriage legislation. It is understood that the impending marriage reality series would be the first in Asia, which is a significant move for the couple. Despite being together for over a decade, their love for one other gets stronger with each passing day. I'm truly looking forward to seeing their wedding one day and can't wait for it to happen.

#03. BOTH & NEWYEAR

 

    Another power couple on our list is Both and Newyear, who have become well-known on the internet owing to their YouTube vlogs. Not only have they begun their beautiful moments with their fans, but these actors also appeared in Top Secret Together, a Thai BL series in which they played a couple on-screen. The connection they've showed us was enough to make us fall in love with their relationship, both on and off screen, and I'm delighted they're still doing well after more than a decade together. The two actors, like Porsch and Arm, revealed one of their most romantic moments on social media when Both proposed to Newyear. Many Thai actors congratulated the newly engaged couple, and I am delighted for both of them as well. With the legalization of same-sex marriage in Thailand, an increasing number of same-sex couples are demonstrating to the world that love is not restricted by gender, but rather by love and respect, which no one can take away from them.

#04. BRUCE & OCT

 

    Bruce is a Thai actor best recognized for his part in the Thai BL series "Lovely Writer," which aired in 2021. The aforementioned series created a lot of controversy, not because it was awful, but because of the themes it addressed in its plot. The story also included the subject of shipping on-screen couples, which Bruce did an excellent job depicting in the drama. However, his real-life love story is very different from his character in Lovely Writer since the Thai actor enjoys his life with his real-life partner, Oct. There isn't much information about the couple's love story, but Bruce has been very vocal about his lover on social media. If I'm not incorrect, the real-life couple just celebrated their sixth anniversary in April, and I'm glad they're enjoying the things that any normal couple would have in this lifetime. As of present, Bruce's last BL series was "Step by Step," which aired in 2023. I'm also hoping to see him in a new groundbreaking series in the near future.

#05. TEN & CHASE

 

    Unlike the other actors on this list, Ten has been in much older series, including the first and second seasons of Gay OK Bangkok and Bangkok Love Stories 2: Innocence. But he's also making a return because he appeared in one of the running BL shows, Knock Knock Boys, but he wasn't in the main role. Ten's boyfriend, Chase, is a barrister in California, according to information on his social media account. Ten and Chase have been together for approximately 7 years and are widely regarded as one of the world's most attractive couples. On their most recent work together, both of them appeared in a music video for Troye Sivan's song "Got Me Started," which was released in September of last year. I hope to see this charming couple featured in more projects together in the near future.

    Aside from these real-life couples, other actors are alleged to have same-sex relationships.

A. INN SARIN & TIE KUHAPREMKIT

 

    The gorgeous actor from the popular Thai BL series "Wandee Goodday" was said to have a lover back in 2020. However, Nine Entertainment claimed that the two are simply friends and are not actually together in real life. Also, Inn has not confirmed any relationship with anyone at this time.

B. MAX & HAO

 

    The two rose to prominence as a result of their series "Plus and Minus," but their fan base increased exponentially after the series ended. It's unclear whether the two actors are a real-life relationship, but what matters most is that they like working together.
