13 Brand-New BL Stories Set to Capture Hearts This February 2026

I barely had time to blink, and suddenly February arrived—bringing with it a fresh wave of BL series ready to steal our hearts. In this blog, I’ll be rounding up the BL dramas set to premiere this February, along with a few bonus titles that have just started airing this week. If I happen to miss any series, feel free to drop them in the comments below. Now, without further delay, let’s dive in.

#01. DUANG WITH YOU

Although this series isn’t premiering in February but on the final day of January, it has already captured the attention of many fans and built impressive anticipation. The official trailer was released three weeks ago, and it’s hard to believe that the hype continues to grow with each passing day. The lead pairing is undeniably striking in terms of visuals, but what truly sets them apart is their natural chemistry and strong on-screen compatibility. The promise of a gentle, sweet romance paired with cozy campus vibes has me genuinely excited, and I can only hope the execution lives up to the expectations.
Duang With You tells the story of Duang, a popular decorative arts student who fearlessly pursues Qinn, a reserved and seemingly distant music major—despite an awkward first confession. When fate brings them together as partners for a stage performance, Qinn slowly lowers his defenses and begins to fall for Duang. Duang With You is set to premiere on January 31 on iQIYI.

#02. MY ROMANCE SCAMMER

GMMTV currently has five BL dramas airing simultaneously and is set to add another to its lineup with a new series starring OhmPoon as the lead pairing, following a recent cast change. Despite the production hurdles the project has faced, the storyline itself looks intriguing and may be worth checking out once it premieres.
My Romance Scammer centers on Pai and North, heirs to a powerful billionaire empire, who unknowingly find themselves locked into fake marriages with two cunning con artists. As hidden truths begin to surface, what starts as a carefully crafted deception threatens to blur into something far more real—where love may change everything. My Romance Scammer is scheduled to premiere on February 1 on YouTube.

#03. THE BOY NEXT WORLD

Japan has already delivered its own adaptations of Love in the Air and Love Sea, and its next BL remake is The Boy Next World. While I’m usually hesitant about remakes—especially those that lean too heavily on shot-for-shot execution—the fresh cultural perspective and new cast make this one intriguing enough to watch.
The Boy Next World follows Yotsuba Fu, whose ordinary life is suddenly thrown into chaos when senior Kogami Sera claims that they are lovers from a parallel world. As their bond deepens, the two must confront hidden truths and the lingering question of whether love can truly defy fate. The Boy Next World is set to premiere on February 1 on GagaOOLala.

#04. LOVE AFTER ADDICTION

A new Chinese BL series featuring the second couple from Addicted (2016) is already sending fans into a frenzy. With the official teaser freshly released, the premise alone is enough to spark serious anticipation.
Love After Addiction centers on Yoki, a scandal-plagued actor who discovers that he can only sleep peacefully when he’s beside Yang Meng, a calm and dependable rescue captain, during a reality show set on a remote island. What begins as an unexpected cure for insomnia slowly evolves into a profound emotional connection, forcing both men to confront the difficult choice between pursuing love and returning to a life shaped by fame and public scrutiny. Love After Addiction is set to premiere on February 6 on GagaOOLala.

#05. YESTERDAY

This upcoming Thai BL series marks the long-awaited return of Fort and Peat as an on-screen pair and, despite being delayed by a month, anticipation from fans remains high. The premise itself is compelling, though its success will ultimately depend on how well the story is executed.
Yesterday follows Veir, the heir to the powerful VPG Group, as he reunites with Kelvin to stand against Kelvin’s treacherous half-brother, Ken. Now a formidable tycoon, Ken poses a threat not only to their lives but also to the bond Veir and Kelvin share. As they confront past ties and present dangers, the stakes rise, forcing them to fight for both justice and each other. Yesterday is set to premiere on February 9 on WeTV.

#06. TIDE OF LOVE S2

It’s honestly amusing that my previous blog listed the prequel of this series as one of the worst BL titles to watch—and yet, here we are with a second season. The first season only wrapped up last December, making the arrival of a new installment feel surprisingly quick. I’ll admit I’m still unsure how to feel about this continuation since I dropped the first season, but I’m hoping Season 2 manages to redeem itself and deliver a stronger experience.
Tide of Love Season 2 continues the story of Han Jae Hun, a guarded heir, and Kim Hae Jun, a warm and sincere art student, whose contract-based relationship by the sea slowly begins to blur into something genuine. As buried secrets surface and emotions grow deeper, the two must decide whether to remain bound by rules—or take a leap and risk everything for love. Tide of Love Season 2 premieres on February 4 on GagaOOLala.

#07. LONG TERM RELATIONSHIP

The premise is certainly intriguing, though recent short-form Korean BLs haven’t always delivered when it comes to execution. Still, since this is a new title, it feels only fair to give it a chance once it finally airs.
Long Term Relationship follows Ji Hun, who is left heartbroken after his five-year relationship ends without explanation. Even a year later, he struggles to move on. When he finally begins to connect with someone through a dating app, he’s shocked to realize that the stranger on the other end is none other than Do Jin—his former long-term partner. As unresolved emotions resurface, the two are forced to confront their past and the possibility of starting over. Long Term Relationship is set to premiere on February 1 on YouTube.

#08. LAUNDRY ROMANCE

The official teaser for this Korean BL was brief and understated, carrying a serious tone that nonetheless managed to capture my interest. While a two-minute preview can only reveal so much—especially when it comes to on-screen chemistry—the quiet tension between the leads is compelling enough to draw me in.
Laundry Romance follows Jae Min, an anxious job seeker weighed down by uncertainty, and Ji Seok, a man who has deliberately stepped away from the pressures of everyday life. In the soft glow of late-night laundromats and the steady rhythm of washing machines, the two find solace, healing, and an unexpected connection that slowly blossoms into love. Laundry Romance is set to premiere on February 5 on YouTube.

Beyond these fresh BL releases, here are a few upcoming dramas that might catch your interest.

#09. SMILE AFTER TEARS (FEB. 2026)

#10. MUTELUV: LOVE ME IF YOU SWEAR (FEB. 9)

Tum Nuea-in and Oh Pathumphaisan, leaders of two rival gangs, have long been locked in a fierce struggle for dominance. When Tum publicly insults the late Big Brother Pued, he suddenly falls ill from a mysterious ailment rumored to be the result of black magic. To save his life, Tum must complete a nine-temple merit-making journey within just three days. Unexpectedly, Oh is undertaking the same mission, and the two rivals are forced to cooperate—sharing a limited set of offerings as they navigate this unusual and tense journey together.

#11. LOVE PUNCH (FEB. 13)

Kamei Madoka, the top student at Benisakura High School, is known for his cheerful personality, popularity, and undefeated record in both academics and fights. But after a certain incident, he made a firm decision: “never fight or date again.” Even though he was the only student to repeat the year, Madoka continued to enjoy a peaceful life surrounded by his classmates.
That peace, however, is disrupted when Sato Mitsuru—the top student of rival Shiraiwa High School, which had supposedly signed a ceasefire two years ago—comes to visit, reigniting tension between the schools. Quiet and hard to read at first, Mitsuru eventually moves into the second floor of Kameya, a candy store run by Madoka’s grandmother. As they spend more time together, Madoka begins to notice Mitsuru’s quiet kindness and inner strength, gradually finding himself drawn to the boy from the rival school.

#12. BOY'S HIGH SCHOOL (FEB. 4)

#13. HELLO LOVE

With so many new BL releases this month, I’m really hoping that the quality and execution will be stronger this time around. Which upcoming series are you most excited to watch? Thank you so much for reading, and I’ll see you in the next blog post!
