 Cherry Magic has been canceled by GMMTV!

 

    GMMTV is suspending the broadcast of TayNew's new Thai BL series "Cherry Magic" beginning this week due to copyright issues. According to the company's social media account, the suspension is due to a lack of authorization from the copyright owner for broadcasting the series outside of Thailand. At the present, Thai fans can only watch the series on GMM 25 every Saturday, and VIU for re-runs. They also stated that if there are any changes to the broadcast, GMMTV would issue another announcement. Cherry Magic episodes 1 and 2 are no longer available on their official YouTube account. Back in 2022, the company was unable to get the same rights to broadcast their mock trailer during their yearly event, so it was postponed to a later date. Hopefully, the suspension of the broadcast will be brief, but for the time being, all we can do is wait for the copyright issues to be resolved. What are your thoughts on this matter?
