8 BL Stories Set to Enchant Hearts in March 2026

    Time flies, and March has arrived, ushering in a wave of exciting and eagerly awaited BL series. In this blog, we’ll explore the upcoming BL releases for this month. If there are any shows I’ve overlooked, feel free to drop them in the comments. Now, let’s dive in!

#01. LOVE LIKE A BIKE

 

    I’ve watched both the official pilot and trailer, and luckily, the trailer has me even more excited. There’s a soothing quality to this series that reminds me of older BL shows, which I find comforting. While the story has its share of conflict, I’m optimistic that it will lead to satisfying resolutions. The series revolves around three main couples, each with compelling roles and storylines, though I do wonder whether the narrative will provide enough screen time for all their arcs to fully develop. For now, the chemistry between the characters looks promising, and I’m hoping the execution on screen lives up to it.

    Love Like A Bike tells the story of three adopted brothers from different nationalities who share a deep, unbreakable bond despite not being related by blood. The eldest, Thai-Chinese psychiatrist Nabnueng, is the family’s caring and devoted protector, particularly looking out for Sailom, who has a condition preventing him from being touched by men. Meanwhile, the easygoing former airline captain Tawan finds himself in an unexpected one-night encounter, and Thai-Swiss ex-cadet Sky, heartbroken and disillusioned, becomes a charming bar host who shuns love entirely. Love Like A Bike is set to premiere on Netflix on March 2.

#02. THE SUN FROM ANOTHER STAR

 

    Two contrasting personalities are already enough to grab our attention, but adding a character who can communicate with spirits makes the premise even more captivating. What really stands out, however, is the chemistry between the main couple. I’m particularly drawn to the dynamic of a bad-boy figure falling for a shy, reserved character—it’s a combination that never fails to intrigue. While the storyline might not be the most unconventional in this lineup, its connection to the Fourever You universe is sure to entice viewers eager to uncover more about these characters’ backstories.

    The Sun From Another Star follows Daotok, an artistic young man who can communicate with spirits, as he is reluctantly drawn into helping his neighbor Arthit search for the soul of Arthit’s late mother. As they journey deeper into the world of the dead, their adventure unexpectedly stirs new emotions within their living hearts. The Sun From Another Star is set to premiere on March 4 on WeTV.

#03. ALWAYS MEET AGAIN

 

    Back in 2023, these two Korean actors starred together in the BL series A Breeze of Love, which I truly enjoyed. Now, in 2026, they’re reuniting for a new project—a rare occurrence in the Korean BL scene. Their chemistry remains undeniable, giving fans every reason to be excited for this comeback.

    Always Meet Again follows Jang Hye Seong, a successful painter who is mysteriously transported back to his high school days after redrawing a sketch of his first love, Lee U Jin. Given a second chance in 2008, he attempts to avoid repeating past mistakes, but U Jin’s persistent closeness makes it impossible to stay away. As their youth begins anew, they must confront whether they can finally change their fate and choose each other. Always Meet Again premieres on March 5 on iQiYi and Heavenly.

#04. CONTRAST

 

    March wouldn’t be complete without at least one Japanese BL in the mix. True to form, it’s the clash of personalities that draws us in—and that’s exactly what this story promises. Contrast tells the tale of two classmates who couldn’t be more different: one, a popular but distant student, and the other, a quiet overachiever. Contrast is set to premiere on March 13.

#05. LOVE YOU TEACHER

 

    I can’t believe it took over a year for this Thai BL series to finally arrive. I had nearly forgotten about it until GMMTV dropped the official trailer just a few hours ago. Seeing Perth and Saint take on this storyline feels both refreshing and challenging, especially since I’m used to seeing them in more serious roles. This series is a welcome addition to the March lineup, promising both heartfelt moments and plenty of smiles.

    Love You Teacher follows Pobmek, an elementary school teacher who dislikes children but tolerates them for the sake of his beloved boyfriend, Teacher Solar. After a tragic accident leaves Solar with brain damage that sometimes regresses him to the mind of a seven-year-old, Pobmek must care for him as “Nong Sun,” navigating the emotional and everyday challenges of loving someone who has changed so drastically. Love You Teacher premieres on March 14 on YouTube.

#06. NEVER FORGET YOUR ENEMY

 

    Never Forget Your Enemy marks WeTV’s first original Korean BL series and is co-produced by the team behind I Feel You Linger in the Air and My Stand In. The story follows a man who loses the last ten years of his memory after an accident, only for his former school rival to reappear and claim that they are now boyfriends. As he struggles to piece together his forgotten past, he must decide whether he can trust the one person he once considered his enemy. Never Forget Your Enemy premieres on March 17 on WeTV.

#07. WISHING UPON THE SHOOTING STARS

 

    The newest Taiwanese BL series of the month has me eagerly anticipating its release. Some of the cast previously appeared in popular Taiwanese BL dramas like The On1y One and Be Loved in House I Do, both of which were fantastic!

    Wishing Upon The Shooting Stars follows Xian Yong, a laid-off office worker who mysteriously becomes unrecognizable after wishing to go unnoticed. When he reconnects with his high school crush, Hao Wei, their renewed bond during a summer meteor shower forces Xian Yong to face his true feelings and begin the journey of healing. Wishing Upon The Shooting Stars is set to premiere sometime this March.
